The room was really nice with a beautiful view. Clean and big. I like that we were on a high floor. The food was really good and the restaurant staff were really nice. We didn’t pay for Dinner originally but ended up wanting to eat dinner in the hotel and the restaurant manager gave a great discount and the dinner was really good! And because it was the Shabbat we were able to check it at 16:00 with no extra pay which was really nice since we came from the Center. The lobby staff were really nice very helpful 24/7. Over all great experience.

The stay happened during the war, and for an ability to operate in this time, providing both for internally displaced people from all over the border housed at the hotel, and for the guests, the hotel shall be commended.
🏨 The room was nice, clean, with a nice balcony with a view. The bathroom had a large bathtub. It was very quiet, and wi-fi worked well.
📷 There's access to the roof with a great panoramic view (for now at least, as there's construction going on in front of the hotel).
🍳 The breakfast is great, with much variety, and with good timing. I was warned not to be late, but even arriving ten minutes before breakfast end everything was available.
🗺️ The hotel is within a short walk to the bus terminal, and the promenade with public beaches are just meters away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
💸 The price for the stay was very reasonable. Note that if you are not an Israeli citizen the price would be without VAT and even better.
Galei Kinneret Hotel is set directly on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, with a wonderful view of the Golan Heights. It also offers extensive spa facilities.

We are an ultra-Orthodox Jewish couple, who arrived at the hotel with doubts about the hotel's ability to satisfy our needs with the appropriate sensitivity. The pleasant surprise was perfect. The kindness of the receptionist Hila who offered us a room on the second floor, and when she realized that it was more comfortable on the first floor, she consulted with the hotel manager Racheli and changed us to a deluxe room on the first floor at no extra cost. We received a full breakdown of the breakfast ingredients which is strictly kosher. Stairs lead out of the hotel without the use of an electronic door or the elevator, which are prohibited on Shabbat. Prepare a corner for lighting Shabbat candles. The cold water bar is allowed to be used on Shabbat. We got a key to the office to use the arrangements for the food blessing. The courtesy and service awareness of the host in the dining room Andrey was at an international level. In short, it is highly recommended even for those who observe Shabbat and kosher at the highest levels. We had a perfect experience.

Very clean small but well designed rooms with everything you need. They are along tree lined pathways. There is a lovely area for barbecues and plenty of space for families to hang out. Breakfast was great and the owner was extremely friendly and eager to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Great food recommendations.
