Ramesh is a seasoned professional who goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests. As the front desk manager, he greeted me with a warm smile upon arrival and efficiently handled the check-in process. Throughout my stay, Ramesh was always available to address any queries and concerns I had, providing helpful recommendations for local attractions and activities. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of during my time at Rainland Athirappilly.

Our stay was beyond amazing! The property was wonderful, but what truly made it exceptional was the incredible staff. They welcomed us like family and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shoutout to Shaji sir, who not only accompanied us to the breathtaking Athirapally waterfalls but also guided us through a serene shortcut on our return journey, arranging an auto for us to visit Vazhachal falls. He even made sure we had water bottles for our adventures. Such genuine hospitality is rare to find in hotels. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience!

The house is new and the rooms are modern and well designed. The bathroom had a great walk-in shower. The house is surrounded by green nature and on a small river, so the view from the terrace was very idyllic and relaxing. Food was good. Lunch and dinner were served on the terrace.
