Not much to do here unless you plan to stay and drink at the millions of wine shops and bars. The Tagore Walkway was nice, the little park at the base of the lighthouse was okay. Its a slightly depressing town of mostly drunk folks stumbling about, with cheap booze and cheap fuel due to the union territory tag I guess.AdithyaIndia - 2.0Scored 2.0

Mahe has a wonderful sea estuary walk way. That is all there is. It has narrow roads and is an overgrown place with 19th century infra structure. There are too many liqour shops, bars, drunkards and street dogs in Mahe.AlexanderIndia - 10Scored 10
A lovely place that offers French influenced sites and food.
A lovely place that offers French influenced sites and food. we tried 3 restaurants in the area which offered different food experiences. There are some sites to visit. With the heat during the day, it is easier to hire an Auto-rickshaw or Taxi to look around. The evening walks at the Tagore Park are lovely and present great views of the Arabian sea.NaveenUnited Kingdom
