All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good.

The hotel was good in terms of the room, and cleanliness was ok, but the bathroom was poor in that. Space and all was fine but there were insects here and there. Blankets however were pretty warm and heater wasn't required. Finding such a good hotel in lachen might not be possible but the rates can be drastically reduced

We spent two and half days here. It was a heart warming experience being a part of the family. Our host sonam bhaiya is a wonderful person and his family was also very warm. The house has a beautiful lawn and terrace overlooking the mountains. The house in its entirety, was no less than a dream come true for us.
The whole family with their friendly behaviour made our stay memorable.The rooms were well maintained and spacious.It was an amazing stay with delicious and organic homemade food.
I would highly recommend this place to the visitors.
