All staff are very very sincere and very attentive to all your queries, Mr. Navin there is very caring and cooperative and took good care of guests. Hotel Breakfast was awesome and even lun and dinner was also good.

The best thing about the stay was that they upgraded our room from lower to higher tier. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. We got a lot varities in breakfast everyday and the hospitality overall was too good. They also arranged for the taxis for local sightseeing and NathuLa Pass. We will definitely come back again when we get a chance to visit Gangtok.
