Excellent place to stay!!! My family and I had a wonderful time at Mer Vue Villa. The villa is tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable, well maintained and is kept clean. We enjoyed our time in the private pool and at the beach which is just a few minutes walk away. The view of the beach from the third floor bedroom is fantastic. The manager was very helpful and assisted us with buying items that we needed. Uma, the owner, was very attentive to our needs and addressed them quickly. We had three senior family members with us who were unable to climb the stairs to the upper level bedrooms and we were in a dilemma for sleeping arrangements even though there were enough bedrooms to accommodate the nine of us. Uma arranged to buy us a folding cot on the same day that we arrived and so my dad, mum and aunt were able to sleep comfortably in the downstairs bedroom. Uma has been very open to suggestions and is very attentive to her customers’ needs. The place was great but did not have hand rails so once again it posed a problem for our older family members but the day after we left, the railings were installed. We did not get to use the railings but hats off to Uma and her team for doing their best to make their customers’ stay comfortable and safe. We had a great time playing caroms and TT. My family and I give Mer Vue Villa a five star rating for comfort, cleanliness and customer satisfaction. We definitely recommend the place and will go back to visit and create more happy memories there!
