Property is not well maintained .needed follow up for everything. In adequate no of staff. Break fast was very bad . Lot of construction work going on to make it more difficult. Though was done through your site with option to pay at property, i got mail from hotel saying that unless i pay immediately 50% of booking amount , my booking will be cancelled. Even after paying advance, i was getting mail that my booking is tentative ,which kept us worrying about our booking.even after paying full at property, i was getting follow up mail for payment. This is really disgusting.
