Keldunes is a nice location, it is definitely family owned and they were pretty nice and easy to check in with. We stayed at the red cottages far away from their main home and this cottage by far gave us the best view of the sunset(at almost 11pm). The rooms were small, hence a cottage, it had 4 bunk beds that was ok comfort, it came with a well equipped kitchen set. The bathroom/shower/sink was located in the middle cottage, it worked out well since my friend couple rented the 2nd cottage so it felt like we had the place/location to ourselves. The shower was a bit uncomfortable to shower in but it did it’s job and so as the toilets and washing dishes at the middle cabin. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless because I loved the location. The annoying gnats all around the property is the only complaint I have, they weee everywhere outside around the property, very annoying but ofc that’s something that you can’t control

We loved our stay at Nordic Natura. The cabin was very cozy and well equipped, there was nothing we missed. The views of the canyon next to it were also stunning. The owner welcomed us with a little gift and made sure that everything is fine doing our stay. On our first night we even got an amazing display of the northern lights. Overall it is the perfect stay if you want to explorer the north of Iceland, I.e. Husavik, Asbyrgi, Dettifoss…

It is really clean and has great spacious bathrooms. Small dorm style rooms but very cozy. Easy check in and out. Two fully stocked kitchens for guests to share.
