Francesco and Vittoria's welcoming personalities leap off the rather antiseptic Booking.com page, and the reality is even better! They were incredibly flexible about check-in, leaving luggage to be picked up later, breakfast menu and setting, and they recommended a cosy restaurrant in Cavaion Veronese where we ate excellent food with the locals. Both F and V are professional musicians too, and it was wonderful to have a piano to play on that was actually in tune!

The bathroom is big enough and with all necessary stuff. The restaurant is located in a nice location lakeside and the staff is kind and attentive. The room was clean and the forniture modern and nice looking, The location of the hotel is also nice, just a few meters from the port in the city center.

On the water, nice private deck (for our room only) overlooking the lake. Nicole at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. Nice restaurant in the hotel.
