A very very beautiful hotel with a million dollar view on the lake. Huge terraces with big stone vases and sunbeds. Very helpful and polite staff. The hotel is literally on Lake Como. Unfortunately we arrived during a rainstorm that stayed throughout our visit and this took away some of the view. Low clouds and lots of rain hampered the view but this clearly wasn't the fault of the hotel. I would imagine on a clear day the vista is spectacular. Not many parking spaces but we were lucky enough to find one. The restaurant served very good food and our stay was very good. Plenty for breakfast as well in the morning and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, even offering an umbrella.
