Great location, cheap for location. This property was exactly what it offered.Cheap, no frills, great location in centre of Florence attractions. The staff were friendly. Breakfast offered a good choice and good coffee.

The location was great for us as we were doing some excursions that involved going to the train station (Santa Novella), which was only about 8 minutes away. It was also close to main attraction and had good restaurants nearby. Osteria Pastella along the road was amazing, but you must book before you get there! The hotel has been modernised, big rooms and has a great pool and provide a great breakfast

Located close to SMN train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge room with high ceiling had a fresco painted on it. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice breakfast room and selections, cappuccino made to order. Had a small patio, and little areas to rest in if you were not in your room.
