Warm welcome. Modern design. Sea view. Away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but within easy reach on the train.
I stayed here 11 years ago and have been meaning to come back since then! Nino and Angela not only remembered me but were so accommodating and warm in welcoming me back. It’s a perfect spot if you want to combine sun and sand with a city break. It’s just an hour into Rome and only €3.60 on the train. Thanks to both of you.

Anzio is a non-touristic, quiet port town.
Anzio is a non-touristic, quiet port town. Decent beaches, both free and paid. A good starting point for hydrofoil travel to Ponza Island. From here there are hydrofoils that will take you there in an hour and a half. Other places only use regular cruise ships, but they offer a four-hour journey. There are many good restaurants with local fresh fish and seafood as well as local wines. A place worth staying for shorter and longer periods.

if you want to stay near Rome and have the benefit of a cooler summer atmosphere and a beach holiday this it , far better than staying Ostia or Fiumicino. frequent trains air conditioned and an hours journey rome for targeted visiting.

You can reach the center of town and the harbor in less than 10mn walk. This is a very typical Italian house and it feels like proper holidays in Italy; I loved it! The owner is very nice and kind, ready to help and give you tips to where to visit and go. The place is very clean and also quiet. Barely not heard anyone. There is also a little garden outside if you want to sit and relax. I would definitely recommend it !MarineFrance

No dirty carpet like other hotels I've stayed at, rather it was tile. In fact the bathroom was done in marble tile! The view of the beach and the Tyrrhenian sea from the balcony was stunning. The staff was great. They were there to clean the room first thing each morning after you left your room. Security was also very good. The outside door was always locked and you had a key to come and go.

The room was large with a comfortable bed and a large lit balcony. It's a short walk to the working harbour and marina where there lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn't have parking and all on street parking is metered between 9AM and 10PM but it's only 1€ an hour and the time carries over to the following day so don't have to be out earlier to top it up.AllisonUnited Kingdom
