The room was very well equipped with all anyone might ever need during a brief or long stay in Bolzano. The staff was extremely helpful and even went out of their way to help me with another phone charger (I forgot mine in the train) and also with other personal items I would require. Thank you, again. The nicest staff, every single person was extremely friendly and always tried to help with a smile. All the staff is very informed also about the area and makes time to chat and give you tips and recommendations. The room is very large and with a beautiful view. The spa is great with various options. The hotel staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. The food is great, the breakfast and dinner are high quality with fresh ingredients. Everything is home made and you can feel that the staff cares about the local produce and sustainability. Also our dog was warmly welcomed. The best hotel we stayed at and we are frequent travelers! Absolutely amazing experience and a hotel we will recommend to all our friends and family
