Third floor is the best, hotel staff assigned the room in this floor (the only one renewed). Bathroom 10/10, room space very good all new. Breakfast good, car parking free, felt the hotel was almost empty.

Reception and personnel were friendly, but not all of them 100% english capable. Breakfast was fine and sufficient choices were available. Room was cleaned daily - usually between 10 and 14h, no remarks - well done - but not exceptional - staff took into account presence/absence. Free parking under the building, directly accessible by elevator. WiFi coverage available throughout the hotel.

Highly recommend Hotel Al Castello to visitors: the location is excelent just few steps to the city center and the red bridge. The room are well equiped and the beds are very comfortable.
Bathrooms have been newly renovated since last year and are top.
The staff is very helpful and kind.
Don´t forget to prebook your parking space with the hotel as it makes live much easier even if there is plenty of free parking available in short walking distance.

A historic center is easy to walk.
A historic center is easy to walk. The train station is clean and an easy short walk to the old walled section of town where people gather at sidewalk cafes. The historic bridge is a popular place for people to gather and visit and the views from there are exceptional. The town is prosperous and very clean. The people are friendly and helpful.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem.
We were pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem. The historic center is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and cobble stone streets. We especially enjoyed visiting the old bridge (Ponte degli Alpini) spanning over the river Brento. The town offers a variety of great restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from. There are also several smaller towns in the vicinity of Bassano del Grappa worth visiting. We were there on a weekend and plan to come back again during the week to visit some of their beautiful and unique shops.

This is probably THE ideal area to visit.
This is probably THE ideal area to visit. Imagine everything on one spot. Alps. River. Vinyards. Architecture. History. Arts. Heroic stories. Venice and sea to the south. Verona nearby. Close to motorway and major airports. Prices lower than elsewhere. Hospitality. Honour. ... I could go on and on. I want to move there, honestly.

Lively, with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. Excellent location between Venice and Trento. One hour from Venice on the train, and two hours on the train (through the mountains) to Trento. The grapperia on the old wooden bridge is worth a visit. Good views of the mountains.

Lovely little town on the Brenta river with lively night life and a pedestrian bridge.
Ancient buildings and a castello make this a beautiful town to walk around.
We didn’t visit the museum as no time but it looked interesting.
We would like to return to see more.

We had a lovely stay in Bassano del Grappa and staying in this stylish and spacious apartment was a big part of that. The balcony has a very nice view over the rooftops and into the distant mountains. The kitchen was equipped with everything that was needed. The place was spotlessly clean. The location was great, right in the centre above a nice cafe. Would happily stay here again!
tiny room. bathroom without window. no lift. euro 140 for one night for two people without even breakfast included. in my opinion too expensive in relation to the services offered. in the evening there is a lot of noise from the street (many motobike because ther's a large moto parking near by). instead very polite and friendly staff. clean hotel.
Great location. In a quiet area, but just minutes away from the Ponte degli Alpini and the old town of Bassano del Grappa. Parking was on site, which was very helpful. The apartment is comfortable and clean. Carlotta is a great host! She was very welcoming, and even made us a restaurant reservation for the night of our arrival.
Beautiful old city, great central location, but night time street noise made it hard to sleep. Too many motorcycles. With no A/C we had to keep windows open letting in the noise. But it was still a nice, quaint and clean antique of a hotel. Very good staff and excellent central location. Just not good for sleeping.
We loved how spacious the apartment was.
It was extremely quiet.
The location was perfect. Right in the historical downtown.
We were able to drop off our luggage with the car then leave it in a very close parking lot overnight. And it was free.
This place was excellent value. We hope to come back!
This is a recent upgrade and the results are wonderful. It is tasteful, impressive and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of town it is also quiet which is a real bonus. Although I haven’t been in many hotels in Bassano I would guess this is probably the best place in town, Enjoy.
The hotel was near to the city center and to the old bridge. The room was clean and we had our own bathroom. The breakfast was good, there were lots of fresh bakery products, but there was cold cheese, ham and fruits too. There is a lift, and our own parking place under the hotel.
The property is very conveniently located near to the walled town of Bassano. It’s also close to banks, supermarkets, restaurants and the train station of Bassano. It’s also spacious and easy to use. The owner was also very attentive to needs and very helpful at all times
We got a room in the basement without air conditioning. It was hot no air. Dogs barking on top. Aliens are moving and you have no way to escape. We had to leave the hotel at 22:25 and never came back.
Large and very clean room with a beautiful view on the mountains. Good breakfast with a vast selection of food. Very friendly staff in all hotel areas (reception, restaurant, cleaners).
Great staff, very friendly and helpful, convenient parking, ample, clean and comfortable rooms, the suite is great for 4. Warmly recommend this hotel for exploring the area
Our hotel manager was fabulous. He spent two hours on the phone helping us schedule travel Covid tests. He did an outstanding job for us. I highly recommend staying here!
First time and Bossano-del-grappa, a beautiful town to spend couple of days. Hotel is on the central but quiet square, right near the parking. Nice breakfast, cosy room
