The main receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice. The pools were super nice, in particular after dinner when the rush of people has passed.

The Thermal Water and the Shiatsu Massage (thank you Diana) were beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! Salat and Cheese buffet was great, especially as the variety of the menu is poor and often weird. Everything is clean and the Staff in general is kind and helpful.
Grazia took very good care of us and fulfilled any wish or need during breakfast and Dinner.
Umberto is very pleasant host. The apartment is in perfect condition, spacey and clean. We've received useful information about interesting points close to the apartment. Due to the short stay we only visited museum in hous of Petrarca in Arqua Petrarca, his last residence, which is only 15 minutes away. Battaglia Terme is very peacefull place good starting point if one is headed to Venice or Chioggia or Colli Euganei.
