The location is great and the view is absolutely beautiful. We really liked the garden and the view from the swimming pool. The breakfast was good and it as nice to be able to use the kitchen. The employees were also really kind.

Excellent location and staff; parking is difficult in Siracusa, but the staff at the desk went out of her way to secure a parking space for us. Jacuzzi experience was superb. Breakfast was excellent

Perfect location near the Duomo in Ortiga. The room was lovely, decorated with abstract art, with a beautiful city view. We enjoyed the breakfast on the patio overlooking the water. They even had a complimentary minibar! The very best part was the incredibly kind and helpful front desk staff. They helped with dinner reservations, valet parking, directions and advice. 5 stars for service!

The staff was outstanding, especially Francesca. She was very helpful and friendly. The other staff was excellent as well. The breakfast buffet was superb. The hotel's communication was good as they immediately responded to my questions by email.
