Make sure to get the room on top of the house, for an exclusive use of the terrace, which will give you a unique Umbrian bellavista experience. Truly unique.

The breakfast was acceptable, could it be better. The staff was wonderful, though, very friendly. We could not figure why the Wi-Fi did not work. It is a great location outside of the walled city.
With a hilltop location just 2.5 mi outside Perugia's historic center, Hotel Sacro Cuore offers stunning views of Mount Subasio and Assisi. Set in beautiful gardens, it has its own chapel and library....

Lo Spedalicchio overlooks the main square of Ospedalicchio, a pleasant Umbrian village, near Assisi and Perugia. The hotel is set in a restored medieval fortress.
Hotel Manzoni is located directly opposite Perugia Ponte San Giovanni Train Station. It offers free parking, and air-conditioned rooms with balcony, TV and private bathroom.
With a rural setting, 5 mi outside of Assisi, Parco Dei Cavalieri is a medieval building with exposed brick, wood-beamed ceilings and a 33 ft² garden with a swimming pool.
The hotel's garden is very large (10+ ha, I think) and features numerous stone pines as well as other trees and more than plenty of spaces with grass where you can relax by either taking a stroll or sitting on a chair under the shade, reading a book. The staff and the location are great - you can easily visit every important town in Umbria from here, as well as enjoying the tranquility of being far away from the noise that you would typically get if you were to stay in a hotel in the middle of any Umbrian town.
The location of this was really pretty, and facilities nice. Although hotel is not very modern it was ideal for our stay and we spent 2 comfortable nights and explored surrounding areas. Hotel made a really good recommendation for dinner each night also
It’s not a hotel, it’s rather a castle with lots of space, green lawns and history behind it all. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Gourmet restaurant where the advance booking is required. Very good breakfast.
Nice structure, garden area looks even nicer in person, the photos don’t do justice. The breakfast was outstandingly good and the staff were some of the nicest people we’ve ever met in a hotel :)
Best breakfast croissants and cappuccino. I love the setting and location. The room had a modern hotel room feel and was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed supper at the restaurant.
