I am moving to this part of Italy in the next 2 years, so finding out about practical things like supermarkets, furniture stores, interesting and historical places to visit in the area and booking the most amazing restaurant for the Christmas lunch for my mum and myself, by using her personal contacts in the area, made our stay more then memorable.I have gained a friend for life, whom will be living only a 20 minute drive from my future home! Our stay at Terra dei Falchi (Land of Hawks) was exceptional. Exceeded my expectations in terms of the peaceful surroundings, the hospitality, the service from Gianluca and Alessandro, and the amenities. Bonus: going truffle hunting with Alessandro and his dog Art, and learning to cook pasta from scratch with Alessandro in the kitchen. Magnificent. Very few mosquitos and the hosts were so accommodating to my dog. We really had the most wonderful three weeks at this villa.
