The location was the best part, it was a minute away from the beach and plenty of bars/cafes and restaurants were near it. Also, the room was nice and clean and well furnished.

Property was great. One block from the sea. Can’t see enough good things about the staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Good for an unpretentious stay at the beach. First beach line on one side, main beachside promenade on the other side. Affordable during high season (late July). The town (Pesaro) is amazing, and worth every bit of being named Italian cultural capital 2024.
