We enjoyed the bar and terrace. The location was also pretty good - it was easy to get to and parking was also relatively easy which is a big deal in Siena. Convenient to all major attractions. The staff was also very helpful and friendly - in particular Claudio and Halim. They made us feel welcomed and more at home away from home.

The location was fabulous. Just steps away from walled Siena through the Roman gate. A beautiful garden in the back with a spectacular view over the hills of Tuscany. The staff were very friendly and the concierges went above and beyond. A great breakfast with good coffee, homemade croissants, an array of meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juices and more. This is a small hotel but very well run. I would definitely stay here again.
The 3-star Albergo Chiusarelli is close to Siena Bus Station. Rooms have been completely renovated according to NeoClassical style. A buffet breakfast is served daily.

The staff, especially the head waiter from Jordan was exceptionally attentive and efficient. Always ready to take care of everyone’s needs with a smile or a joke.
Quality of breakfast food, especially proteins left much to be desired
Food in restaurant was quite good and reasonably priced.

What an amazing place. Just incredible. Ancient building with so much history & charm. Fantastic views and gardens.
A restaurant with food so good I asked to meet chef and shake his hand and say thank you.
Fantastic evening ended with drinks in the bar and a game of billiards.
Brilliant hotel and will return to Italy just to stay here again

The staff was extremely nice, and efficient. They were very helpful.
the room few was very nice.
we got the parking free of charge as a commercial gesture because nothing was prepared for our dog.
Staff kindness, room size, pool always with pleasant temperature and cleanliness of spaces. Pet friendly hotel (but check before the type of accommodation that allows pets). Spacious accommodation with good air conditioning. A very good breakfast with options for celiacs and intolerant people (gluten and lactose). Free parking and great Wi-fi in our room. *Spa area is extra charged.
The location was great, it was really easy to explore Tuscany from there! The area was also really peaceful and beautiful. All facilities were clean, and the pool was a nice place to hang out. The hotel’s own restaurant was a positive surprise, food in there was actually really good! Breakfast was decent.
The receptionist was great. She helped us with all our requests and was really a helper. Her attitude was great.
Hotel location is good if you want to be isolated.
Lovely hotel!! Huge beds and lovely spacious room. Staff at reception were fantastic and the food/drinks by the pool were really lovely and not too expensive.
