Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast with typical products. Lot of choice in coffee types. View on the lake from my room and terrace. Very easy access to the lake by a little beautiful narrow street. Beach not far in southern direction with amazing sunsets on the mountains in direction of Brescia. Bar (I didn’t go to).

I have requested a refund for this reservation. Im still waiting. We reserved through booking.com at 10 different places in this trip, we never had an issue except at hotel ristorante cassone. You advertised a.c., it didnt work. No wifi, Owner was rude, came more than 1.5 hours later to give us excuses why ac didnt work and said he was busy and couldnt leave what he was doing to solve problems. Bed was a shitty uncomfortable bed with flimsy bed linens. Im serious, i want my money back or ill give a bad review to cassone and booking.com.
