Beautiful, clean, up-to-date room. Fantastic service. Gorgeous location. Phenomenal restaurant. All great value. Would love to stay again. I have to also mention the (unaffiliated) Mexican restaurant on the block. Great service and some of the best Mexican food ever.

We were astonished about the lake view from the window and the terrace. I think it's the best view of lake Iseo. The host was super friendly, gave recommendations about the area. There was a common space with kitchen and fridge. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, so we had dinner and breakfast there. There is a ferry stop nearby.

Castro is small place with a couple of bars/restaurants. The Vulcano restaurant food is fantastic. The restaurant had a busy family feel the weekend I visited. The drive to Castro along the bank of the lake is stunning, with the road fixed to the side of the cliffs hovering above the water. There are safe pavements, cycle paths, and parking is easily available at the very picturesque Lovere (2km to main square)

The apartment is spectacular, and the views from the balconies are as per the pictures. The apartment has been finished to a high standard and lacks nothing. Roberta was the perfect host and was always available when required. There is a garage and parking behind electronic gates. There are 3 great sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the beds and pillows where very comfortable. Waking up to that view every morning was fantastic. It's a sort walk into castro, the hill is steep but manageable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vulcano village, in a beautiful location. The room was nice and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette. Although our room did not have a view over the lake, it was very close to Lungolago with a stunning view. Breakfast is in the café of the hotel with really delicious coffee, juices and croissants and they have a great restaurant for lunch and dinner too. And the staff is amazingly nice and helpful and special thanks to them for their help!

This is a beautiful spot. One problem, there is no bus to Costa, no train and no taxi. The hotel is approx 2.5 km from Lovere where the bus stops. So don’t take a lot of luggage. Our hosts were wonderful as we had big suitcases so they fetched us from the bus stop and took us back again. If you have little luggage, it is a pleasant half hour walk. One of the real gems of Italy on Lake Iseo. Fabulous.

Location was perfect. Rooms were modern, stylish and big. Hotel was very smart. Staff were great. Hotel was close to perfect for our cycling group. All staff member were helpful and we even had a lift into town for restaurant on a Piaggio three wheeler. The guy took three trips to get us to the marina...Nice touch. I would recommend the Vulcano 100% and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing view! Spacious room! Great bathroom! Loved the bathtub in the room. Very clean. Very comfy. Great helpful staff. Really nice view. Good value and tasty food at the restaurant. This was one of the best rooms of our trip! PS: park when you enter Castro, it's a big parking lot.

they paid a lot of attention to details - everything looks and feels good and of high quality. bed and pillows were great. the restaurant of the hotel is really nice. the town itself is really quiet and cute.
