This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Chieti scalo. It is very close to the university so there are nice places close by for food and drink. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They recommended a great place for dinner nearby. It was a very nice stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay, convenient parking, accessible with restaurants nearby. Apartment was nicely arranged, comfortable. Flexibility was greatly appreciated.

Chieti is split into 2 towns - the "bottom" town where the train comes in. There is nothing to see here other than a main, noisy street with take-away pizza restaurants - hardly anything was open and it felt like a ghost town. Then there is "Chieti Historic Centre" up a very steep hill about 4kms away (good luck with the bus timetable - a lottery!). Cute little place where all but one restaurant was closed and most of the shops were closed. Nice (small) church in a lovely square, which was deserted and only had one bar/cafe. Main street runs from one end to the other - deserted during the daytime and barely alive at night! We found a nice park with a lovely restaurant (which was closed on Mondays). Honestly - there is NOTHING to see or do in Chieti unless you want to sit in the same bar all day (only bars and cafes or DREADFUL pizzerias were open), eating ice cream or drinking coffee. Don't waste your time visiting.

Chieti is a lovely, peaceful town high above the valley. Perfect for a stopover for a couple of days. We discovered some excellent restaurants, serving both meat and pasta options. The town has a large park for walking and relaxing in and a museum.

Chieti (and Abruzzo as a whole) feel like undiscovered gems in Italy. The old town is large and interesting, the main Piazza del Duomo is being worked on and will look amazing when done, the food is absolutely to die for and half the price relative to standard Northern Italian tourist areas. It was a stopover for us on a drive to Puglia, but we are already thinking about when we can return.

Chieti is a wonderful, historical, quiet city, with stunning views across the countryside and towards the two main mountain ranges in the region.. Great streets, with superb cafes and restaurants, and a wonderful park. Full of history, around every corner. The people are open and friendly, and very talkative ! There is an excellent bus service within the city, and linking the city to Pescara, the airport, the beaches and beyond.
We loved our stay at B&B Le Casette Chieti! It was the ideal location for exploring Abruzzo. While on a busy road, it's tucked back and feels like an oasis. It's walking distance to many nice restaurants and right across the street from the train station. The complimentary breakfast at the cafe across the street was so convenient. The unit is so nicely decorated (exactly as photographed), and the amenities were above & beyond! We will definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and family, and would love to visit again.
This is a really lovely and spacious appartment in an excellent location. It was extremely hot when we were there, but by opening lots of windows etc it was comfortable enough. Aircon is bad for the planet anyway! A bonus was no mosquitoes that high up. Claudia was delightful, met us and showed us everything, booked us a restaurant and then left us to it, with us knowing she was there if we needed her. Overall this was a real winner and I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend it - and Chieti itself.
Davide makes you feel a local to Chieti..!!
The owner Davide gives you the most hospitable feeling. He gives all info on the city you need to know and more.
His recommendations are all spot on.
We have been at gems of restaurants, we learned which beaches you can go best. He even kept parking space available for us. In a city area where foreign cars are not allowed he just needs your license plate and makes sure you wont get a ticket..
We cant possible say anything else but BIG THANKS
It was very central to Chieti (alto) but that's not hard as it's a 2-street town! Bed was comfortable. "Breakfast" was some yoghurts in the fridge, some jam, cookies and long-life jammy/sweet croissants. Butter, crackers and milk was provided, plus some tea bags and coffee pods (not enough). There was an ice cream shop (Gelaterria) a few doors down - which was great as nothing else was open except for take away pizzas!!
Rocco is a great host who was always there when we had any questions. The room we booked was cozy and very comfortable. The ambience of the whole B&B makes you really feel at home. The breakfast is also wonderful and the location is good for visiting the historic centre of Chieti.
We will definitely recommend the place to our friends!
The Quadrifoglio is close to Pescara, Chieti, and the Maiella National Park. Dinners were plentiful and tasty; the breakfasts were meager compared to other places we stayed. The rooms were adequate and the bathroom serviceable, not modern. The decorations reflected an earlier era and took some getting used to, though not off-putting.

The property is in a nice area of Chieti, close to museums and the centro. There was parking which was great for being so close to the centro as well. Claudia was very helpful as we had parked some distance away and she came with us to direct us back to the building. There are beautiful views from both of the two terraces.
The location is great, it's close to everything. The apartment was very clean and the host even left some snacks (not some, quite a lot of). She also helped us with the transport information. All in all, if you're thinking of staying in Chieti, choose this apartment without thinking twice.
It is just a few minutes walk from the center of Chieti (it is a hilly town so take that into account when visiting). The room and common space were clean and comfortable. The dear hostess is friendly and was quite helpful with everything that came up during my stay. Highly recommend!
Very comfortable and welcoming house. Mauro, the host, is so gentile and friendly, and even shared some details on the history of Chieti with us. The room is really pleasant, clean, comfortable, warm and large. It was great! Large parking space inside the property!
The location was great, walking distance to the centre of Chieti. The apartment was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Claudia even left us some treats for breakfast! Overall a great stay. Claudia was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly.
Stuff was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. For a stop by it was the perfect hotel for us. As we wanted to stay at the beach we did change hotels to be closer to the promenade. Would definitely recommend!
The host lady was very nice and kind and made excellent coffee. Nice selection of breakfast goods.
The place was super clean. … and cute. I stayed couple of hotels and B&Bs on my long road trip but this was the only place where there was useful Wifi ☺️
The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Chieti. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the room was charming. And the breakfast room is highly unique.
