A truly grand hotel! A beautiful, grand hotel in a great location with views across the lake. The staff are very helpful, the rooms spacious and the decor magnificent. The spa is very impressive with a good variety of treatments and excellent facilities.

Hotel La Palma enjoys picturesque views over Lake Maggiore in Stresa city center. Located directly on the lakefront, it is surrounded by a garden and provides free parking.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location close to the ferries, town centre, shops and restaurants. Everywhere was spotless and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice of food.

The Astoria is set on Stresa's lake-side promenade facing the Borromean Islands. It has a nice garden, and offers rooms with Wi-Fi access, satellite TV and panoramic views.

Chiostro Hotel is a renovated monastery set in Intra, Verbania's old town, on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The hotel has peaceful gardens and its own gym. Wi-Fi is free.

The breakfast was ok, kind of commercial goods, but very decent. Decaf was excellent, facilities were great with the view to the courtyard. The rooms were older and the bedding was ok but not fantastic. Pillows were comfy, the bed was a bit stiff. Apart from that, super nice staff, parking for $10 extra, location is ideal for the center of town, and they had a bar at night that we didn't use but seemed cool. They also have a restaurant that we didn't use.

Just 100 ft from the pier for boats to the Borromean Islands, La Luna Nel Porto is in Stresa. Each modern suite has a different design and a balcony or patio overlooking Lake Maggiore and the hills.

The place is very nice with a great location! the room is comfortable, and big. there are great views to the lake and the service is wonderfull.

Staff is extremely nice, courteous and helpful. The location is superb, close to the center. And it was great to have nearby, inexpensive parking for our car.

This hotel is located in the center of Stresa, next to the Congress Center and just a short walk from the beach and the lake.
