Its a really nice small village, where you can experience the Italian lifestyle :) good gelaterias and pizza places are available, but I think its only a 1-2 day stay. We travelled to Udine, Tolmezzo, Triest, Lignano from here: for that, Codroipo is in the perfect spot!

We have family In nearby Sedegliano and have travelled to the surrounding areas. Lots to see. This time it was a shorter trip, just to visit family. Our cousin wanted us to eat at Speck and Wine (Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, 100, ) but it was closed for holidays. He said they have the genuine Friuli cold cuts and wines. Maybe we'll make it next time. We had a big family dinner at La Di Mariute (Via Caterina Percoto 7/8 Coderno, Sedegliano). The food was delicious and plentiful (we had about 5 courses!) In a restored building it retains all the charm of the typical stone construction from the area. They have restored another building and rent rooms, too. A third construction is where they hold conferences and give talks on a variety of topics. There are gardens too. It is not a large area but well worth a visit and a meal there.davidSpain

I wanted to have flowers delivered to the hotel for my wife for our anniversary and they called a florist to complete the delivery. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The spa was really nice. The fitness center was very clean. If you did not feel like going somewhere for dinner, their little restaurant inside the hotel had a very good selection of food choices. The whole experience was great. We will be back again!

Hotel room - was everyday cleaned and smells nice. In the bathroom you can find soap and shower gel. Conditioner in the room works very good. Breakfast was very good, everyday fresh fruits, yoghurt, croissant, juice, various ham, fresh bread toast, hard boiled eggs. We very recomend this hotel!
