Location perfect for getting back on the superstrada and eventually on the highway. It was winter, so pool and other services closed, but they look wonderful. Breakfast was abundant and service done with a smile. Beautiful historic property on impressive grounds.

Large pretty property, though hard to tell from the outside because of the renovation work currently being done. Good-sized bedroom, comfortable bed, tasty and extensive breakfast, and an excellent and very well-priced restaurant. House wine was pretty good, as was the range of draft beers on tap. Food was a highlight of my stay, along with the helpful staff who provided lots of tips for hiking in the Grand Sasso area and provided detailed maps as well. Definitely a place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Sasso area.

The room was really good looking and we had our own kitchen and balcony available too.
In terms of location, the place is perfect, right in the middle of Teramo's old town. The area is super beautiful. You can walk everywhere. The train station is also quite close.
We've really enjoyed the breakfasts, served right up to our door. One night we had to go out early and the host provided us with breakfast the day before so we could still get something to eat in the morning.
