All of it. The host was lovely, sorry I did not get their name. Since we were leaving early, we had breakfast to go and it was packed like a loving parent. We regret not being able to try the restaurant as well...it's kitchen looked spotless clean.
The whole place is renovated, looks amazing and smells the same.
We got an apartment and it could rivalry some 5 stars hotels, but with a rustic feeling.

The breakfast was not as good as at other hotels we stayed at on our vacation. But at least there was a breakfast. The coffee and the pastry on the second day of our stay were both quite good.
The location is excellent for our needs. I wanted to to stay near the village where my Grandfather was born, since no one from my family has been there since he emigrated to the USA in 1907. I found that the hotel was on a street that was named for his family, and that the owner of the restaurant across the street is a distant cousin.
The views around the hotel are beautiful. We weren't able to find any hiking or walking trails nearby. If there were more information available in the lobby about those, that would be an improvement.

Amazing welcoming attitude of the hosts - Umberto and the family. They made us feel at home. The location is perfect, a few steps away of the town and directly on the ascent to the church. The house itself is dated to 16th century but is fully renovated. Modern facilities yet capturing that nice historical vibe. Btw we slept like babies there. Highly recommended.
