Very close to Venice but in a secure and newer quiet residential area. Very well equipped and modern apartment with parking immediately in front for those with a car. Host was very helpful and communicated in a timely manner.

Location: If you would not insist on living in Venice islands, the location is very good. From the hotel you can easily go to the Venice islands by train, and there are just so many trains that you usually wait for 10-15 mins and there is one. Moreover, even it is close to the train station, it is still very cozy and safe nearby! - At least during our visit (in the middle of April). Facilities, staff, and so on: Worth the price! They are not extrordinary, but definitely satisfying for a 4-star hotel.

Perfect! First - great location - it's super easy to reach from the airport with the airport bus shuttle stopping right near the hotel. Plus, getting to Piazzale Roma is very easy - just a 5-minute walk to the tram stop, and a quick 15-minute ride on the tram itself. The trams run every 10 minutes, which is convenient. You can buy tickets at the shop by the tram stop or at a cafe along the way. Also it's no problem to get to the Mestre railway station - it's just a 15-minute bus ride from the stop near the hotel. The room was cozy and clean, with everything you could need. Very good breakfast with both sweet and savory options, and it starts early. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the area felt safe and quiet. There's a big supermarket nearby if you need anything. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available! 😊
