The mountains, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the restaurant, the flower boxes!

The room was really authentic, nicely decorated with wooden details and furniture. We had a lovely view to the Alps from our balcony. Breakfast had a lot of options, and staff were really friendly (even though they spoke little English).

Clean and comfortable room. Helpful front desk. Helped to get me free parking right in front of the hotel for the night. Also got online a free upgrade to the mountain view room. Overall a good overnight stay on way to Milan.

Charming, historical and very well maintained hotel with interesting decorations. Very good breakfast! I also appreciated the front desk helping us reserve dinner at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position, arriving from the motorway, also compared to the car park of the cable car to Pila.
This is an older style hotel but very well kept and very clean.
Abundant breakfast with the right dishes, homemade desserts, with the possibility of ordering ham, cheese etc.

Very charming hotel in a good location near the town center. The staff is very helpful- they assisted us in arranging a cab to reach a trailhead in Gran Paradiso Park. Food was great- breakfasts and some dinners featured local products.
Little town nested among big mountains. One (good and affordable) restaurant. One church. One (consistently open) grocery store. Only 16 minutes drive from the (quite big) ski resort of Pila. Perfect.
There’s no breakfast in this stay.
The setting of the location is dreamy!
Doues is a must see hidden unpolished diamond sitting in the north of italy. It’s almost at the border of Switzerland.
The old structures are perfectly maintained and it feels like the world stopped turning from way back then.
The apartment itself is highly recommended for groups. Very spacious, complete, clean, and functional.
This is an excellent destination to unwind and unwired from a stressful city life.
Highly recommended. ❤️
Although a bit off the beaten track but accessible from Aosta and grand Saint Bernard tunnel, well worth the carefully driven detour. Lovely mountain feel hotel, tastefully furnished with wooden furniture and wood panelling with lovely small details for authentic feel. Very warm welcome. Lovely pool with ample loungers on the hot day we were there. Stunning views, drinks on terrace overlooking mountains. Wonderful meal and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.
Our waitress and waiter were both charming and very helpful at siving advice on walks etc. The room was small but comfortable with a nice balcony although it does adjoin the bext door rooms balcony so isn't very private. Dog friendly although there is a charge of 10 Euros per day. Great walks in the mountains to refugios for lunch about 20 minute drive from the hotel. Very good breakfasts. Parking at the hotel.
One of the most amazing stays we've ever had. The hotel is beautiful both on the outside and inside the rooms - many original furniture pieces and lots and lots of flowers. There were enough parking spots, the room was clean and spacious with a very nice bathroom. The dinner was an amazing experience - homemade food and very good wine. The view is spectacular and we hope to be able to come again soon.
Excellent Hotel! The staff are helpful and very friendly! My room overlooked the beautiful village and panoramic mountains! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! I met a wonderful couple from Germany and we ate dinner and breakfast together! Fun times! 😄 I would stay here again if I come back to this area! Thanks again to all the staff for making my visit so memorable! 😊
The host was very accommodating and the room was perfect and clean and had an excellent view from the balcony. The restaurant also serves excellent food abd is definitely reccommended. Will consider this hotel if I ever visit again.
Beautiful view, very peaceful. Playground, Pizzeria, tennis court and a pool at the local hotel available. Very good starting point for hikes. Pretty short distance to Aosta city.
