All the staff is very informed also about the area and makes time to chat and give you tips and recommendations. The room is very large and with a beautiful view. The spa is great with various options. The hotel staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and comfortable. The food is great, the breakfast and dinner are high quality with fresh ingredients. Everything is home made and you can feel that the staff cares about the local produce and sustainability. Also our dog was warmly welcomed. The best hotel we stayed at and we are frequent travelers! Absolutely amazing experience and a hotel we will recommend to all our friends and family

The Sulfner exceeded our expectations - the location is exquisite, peaceful and picture-perfect surroundings while an easy drive from Bolzano and Merano. We stayed with two kids in a suite that was spacious and clean with lovely view. The meals, pool, and kids play room were huge hits. Will be returning.
