Excellent BB in the Tuscany country side. Extremely friendly hosts. House set in the middle of olive trees and grape vines. Their olive oil is to die for. Nice bar and village restaurant just 200 yards away.
The location was fantastic! You are completely surrounded by beauty.
The only problem I personally had was the heat... and I was unable to produce cross current ventilation in the downstairs area where my daughter slept on the sofa bed because of the lack of screens on the doors ....and you needed them because of mosquitoes and bees! Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved it .
We loved it . We loved the staff , the wine and the breakfast was magnificent. The gardens were a dream and the kids enjoyed the pool . The restaurant on-site was expensive and the kids would have loved some more basic options . The room was clean and linen good however o feel that the accommodation could be upgraded some what . The staff went out of there way to help and the most friendly hotel staff we have come across in Italy .

The facility was just as advertised, rustic and authentic...
The facility was just as advertised, rustic and authentic Tuscan accommodation. We were disappointed that we booked a separate villa with a kitchen unit and was given a suite instead with little explanation. Had a tub instead of a walk in shower and no place to make our own cooking which was one of the reasons we chose this property. Our room was sparse but comfortable but the heater in the sitting area was not working. The wifi was spotty and not reliable, same for mobile phone service. Staff was friendly and the countryside was remote but beautiful.

Gaiole is very much where the best wines are in Tuscany.
Gaiole is very much where the best wines are in Tuscany. The town itself is more of a very small village with not a great deal to see or do. There are a few decent restaurants but nothing great. Two banks with ATMs right in the middle of the village can be useful for travelers. One charges a small fee for withdrawals, the other doesn't. If you're there in October, like we were, there's an annual wine festival attended by all the vineyards in the area. This was a plus for us. One of the best things about Gaiole, though, is that it makes a great base for visiting the surrounding areas, including Sienna. Lots to see within an hours drive. And drives are absolutely spectacular, especially if you take your time and stop often.

A pretty town with lovely people!
A pretty town with lovely people! Easy to get around by car and many interesting activities to partake in e.g. wine tasting, picnic, hiking, or just relaxing in the grounds of one of the nearby Castellos e.g. Castello di Tornano.

This place is absolutely amazing. The WHOLE VILLAGE (including this agritusmo) is just beautiful and peaceful.
The food and wine were nice and tasteful. We can order this area wine per each vintage in glass wine.
The pool was perfect and located right beside the winery yard.
I have never seen such a big olive tree ever from my country so it was totally amazing experience for my family.
People were warm and helpful.
For 10days in Italy, this place was the best.
Vincenzo Chini and his wife were the best hosts. He found us when we were lost on our arrival. He brought over a bottle of wine, and welcomed us into his home with a toast to our arrival ! His son Lorenzo, who runs the family butcher shop in Gaoile, prepared a 5 course meal with wine on our first night for 25 euro each. the entire experience was wonderful for our family of five. p.s. we lived there dog Louie❤️
We had a fantastic time here! Assunta’s cooking is TOP NOTCH and the property location is postcard perfect. It was so quiet every night and was the perfect spot to escape the cities for a while during our Italy vacation. We had a great time on the hike and e-bike ride with Rudiger and hope to return in the future. Would recommend it to anyone!!
If you thinking of booking don’t hesitate just book. Daniela and Paulo were amazing hosts. We stayed for seven nights and ate every night together with other guests. Daniela’s food was pure local Tuscan delights. They both go out of their way helping you to plan your visits and restaurants in the area
Great location and views, severely let down by a lack of basic good hotel services.
The staff were nice and pleasant but clearly haven't seen a hotel operating at this price level.
Room and bed were comfortable but overpriced.
I have stayed in the area at various hotels over the last 10 years.
Very convenient location to see Tuscany. Room was gorgeous, very clean. We loved breakfast, very fresh, local and generous. Best words to the owners, Anita helped us in every step and gave many recommendations. 10/10 for the hotel, and 100/10 to the owners. It was a pleasure to stay at Rietine24!
Excellent breakfast, super nice room (with a view!), the location is great to wander from and around the beautiful hills of Chianti :) Mrs Alba is just great with all her advices about restaurants, wine-cellars etc. to visit - whatever she recommended did not dissapoint!
The place is beautiful. The rooms, restaurants and the views are all stunning. The pool is superb as well:
We were travelling with our 10month old baby and they accommodated him amazingly, - good travel cot all set up for us, highchair at breakfast every morning.
A hidden gem in secluded, easy to get to area of Gaiole in Chianti. On site facilities, pools, hot tubs etc. are the cherry on that Sundae! The food is really really good! Staff were also great! A great base to explore that area of Chianti.
It is in a gorgeous setting among vineyards and rolling hills of Tuscany. The staff went above and beyond in accommodating us and provided great information about other wineries to visit. The pool was fabulous and their wine was delicious!
My husband and I just stayed for five nights and words cannot express what a wonderful experience we had. Simone and Alessio were the best and most welcoming hosts we have ever had. We will definitely be back.
Great small B&B hotel in the center of Gaiole. Massimo the host is absolutely fantastic. A truly nice human being and always happy to help with anything. For the price and location this is a great place.
Absolutely stunning! Easy to access by car from Siena and Chianti region. Amenities are amazing, we visited when the weather was slightly cool so loved the sauna and hot tub. Great breakfast as well.
The food food was the best I’ve eaten in Italy. top wines. and very authentic .
I will return here again but will extend my visit for at least a week . We loved this Tuscan Villa in the mountains.
Staff was really friendly, the hotel is a very cool rustic property, very quiet and peaceful. Renovated bathrooms & comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Parking was excellent.
