Charming old-style hotel in a narrow street in the medieval town - with a rooftop lounge overlooking the bay and other rooftops, and a breakfast patio with sea view and a naughty population of pigeons that stalk the breakfast buffet. The food is covered - no worries - but not a place for those with bird phobia. Cappuccino served in old ceramic cups.
The decor is truly charming with delicate painting on furniture - beds, cupboards etc. your guest bathroom has piping hot water and a shower cabinet plus a bidet, loo and single vanity.
But the biggest old fashioned hitch is no lift - we had many stairs to climb. We.parked the car in the port snd they fetched us with a buggy - thank goodness - plus helped us carry the luggage up all those stairs. Two flights of steep stairs.
The hotel is close to everything on that island packed with treasures - including exquisite churches - I went into 3 of them. Also truly marvellous choice of restaurants and the nearby coffee bar Martinucchi.
The hotel breakfast included yoghurt, cereals, pastries, fruit 🍎 - as well as the essential cappuccinos.

Nice compact town with lots of history and great sea views.
Nice compact town with lots of history and great sea views. Working harbour with a variety of boats and yachts in moorings.
Has been taken over a bit too much by continuous seaside souvenir shops making it a bit tacky in places. Plenty of decent restaurants with an abundance of seafood.

A lively and picturesque old town with an excellent offer.
A lively and picturesque old town with an excellent offer. The pulse of the city can only be felt if you stay in the old town on the island. You can be prepared for remote parking, impossible staircases in buildings... but everything you need on vacation is within walking distance.

We liked town and surrounding. Beautiful fish restaurants everywhere. Since we rented the car had the options to explore the other towns nearby. Galippoli was our base and from then we visited historical small town Nardo. The very good option to start your trip in Apulia😊

Gallipoli is a fantastic small town. the old town is separated from the other part of the town by a bridge .Located on top of a rock the old town with the small castle make a very picturesque place where to take pictures from any corners. surrounded by turquoise colour water. In October the water's temperature is still warm for you to enjoy as well as to get a suntan. Lots of restaurants one better than another , offering fantastic panoramic view when sitting outside . The best way to get around gallipoli is on foot , cycling or a moped . In my opinion the best time to visit Gallipoli and surrounding is September ,october ,June and July . particularly good is October ,still warm ,good weather but very peaceful .

Everything was perfect, right from the initial contact with Vito. The room was fresh, clean and beautifully styled. Loved the terrace where breakfast was served and of course Christina was very special and a wonderful hostess who went that extra mile to look after us.
We were on a road trip of Southern Italy and wanted to spend some time in a City and chose Gallipoli. Palazzo Perla was ideal for us, based in the heart of the City within easy walking distance of a main shopping street and a short walk to the Centro Historico which is lovely, the location was perfect with free on street parking. The accommodation was beautiful, comfortable, stylish, clean, everything you could want. Ilenia the hostess was charming, professional and very helpful as were the other team members. A really enjoyable stay!
This is a lovely hotel with a lovely soho house vibe roof top. We were able to use the pool in the sister hotel a few doors down which is beautiful. Our room was very nice with very high ceilings. The staff were very helpful. Gallipoli is a fantastic place to visit and the best city beach of all places on our tour and it is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. You can rent loungers and parasol for 15 euros for 2 people and it is lovely for swimming.
This is definitely one of the best places to stay in Gallipoli. The breakfast was great. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and the rooms are incredibly comfortable, with good wifi and giant baths. You can walk anywhere in the city very comfortably. There's parking you can book if you want it (especially helpful during the busy summer months). There's a wonderful cafe downstairs too, which is open all day and has free wifi.
The service was good, the girl Anastasia on reception was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tipical italian, but they make also if you want other stuff for breakfast...something that you usually don't get im South Italy. The romm was really big and everything new and modern.
If you don't want to feel like you got in '80...then sure is that the right hotel.
The beach is also near from hotel.
We had booked and paid for this stay for three nights. Unfortunately it was non refundable. We left after 2 hours and found another hotel 20 minutes away that was amazing in every way and cheaper! The best thing I did on our vacation to Italy was walk away from this hotel and lost over $1,500 dollars. The only positives were that it had excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds and ok wifi.
Very modern room, different from where we normally stay, with numerous mirrors as decoration on the walls. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to find somewhere suitable for us in the evening. I'm glad we did not stay on the historic centre as we enjoyed the experience of crossing the bridge from the hotel to arrive in the old quarter.
The hotel is very convenient as it is 5 mins walking to the Gallipoli city center. The staff is very nice and kind. They are always helpful whatever is needed. We have enjoyed a lot our room (very quiet although the Main Street is just there) and the breakfast was really good (on a terrace overlooking the seaside). Very helpful the on-site free parking.
the hotel is very nice and clean. decoration is modern and very at a walkable distance to the city centre of Gallipoli. the staff is extremely kind and attentive to detail. we spent New Year’s Eve there and service was exceptional, the food was great (thank you to the Chef) and the staff always promptly available. couldn’t be happier with the choice
The location is beautiful and has a real Italian sphere. The people are wonderful and super nice! They do everything to fulfill your wishes and the food is godly. Everything is selfmade and they use wine and olive oil out of their own garden! Italy at its best… Absolute recommendation!
We had the most amazing stay with Giorgio, and it was definitely our favourite of all our travels around Puglia.
We truly cannot recommend enough! From the get-go they are so lovely and provide great recommendations, the location is perfect and walkable to everything.
-Eco resort with recycling everywhere.
-Private beach. Beach was nice and we didn’t have to pay the ridiculous cost of hiring sunbeds on public beaches in Italy.
-Room had a lovely sea view.
-On-site pizza restaurant was very nice.
-Family and pet friendly
Beautiful, cozy and elegant hotel. Excellent taste. Warm staff and great front desk help and assistance, always available to help with whatever by WhatsApp - very seamless and client focused. Good restaurant for dinner and lovely breakfast.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and there were a few supermarkets, pubs and restaurants in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The room was really spacious with a nice balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous as well.
Super Boutique hotel very stylish and a perfect location for visiting the old town in Gallipoli. We ate in the attached restaurant I Bastione and were treated to one of the best meals we had in Italy. Highly recommended.
Wonderful hotel, beautiful location, close to everything. Staff was amazing….helpful, friendly and professional. Great breakfast
Thank you for an unforgetable experience.
Everything was so clean, the staff was so nice and helpful, and it was PERFECTLY located to explore centro storico di Gallipoli. I would go back a hundred times!
