This is a wonderful place to stay. A bit off the beaten path but it was clean and comfortable, plus nicely decorated. There was way more room than we needed, 8 people could have stayed here. The breakfast options were plentiful and the hosts were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier.

loved the outside grounds even in the off season. Marco was a true great host. The rooms, beds and showers were comfortable. the standard Italian breakfast was appreciated. thanks Marco for sharing some meat for the BBQ, salad, bread and wine with our group. it was more than appreciated.

This charming and well-located property sits up almost at the top of Amelia’s Centro Storico. There is good parking very nearby, and walking access to the entire historic walled city. It is sloped, of course, so bring good walking shoes.
The generously sized rooms are wonderfully whimsical with delightful use of colour and ethnic charm, the beds are large and comfortable, and there is a well-appointed shared kitchen for the guests. The owner, Silvia, is warm and welcoming.
This property is excellent value, and I highly recommend a stay here.
