The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. It is in a quiet area, even though bars and restaurants are nearby. The staff speak good English. I was given a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a palace with an interesting history.

Great breakfast. Good size room but lacked window darkening shades/curtains. Location fairly remote. No on-sight staff to help with questions - to me, more like an Airbnb almost vs a small hotel. Very clean and nice size rooms though. Country-side is lovely.

Gorizia is an undiscovered gem.
Gorizia is an undiscovered gem. It has history, shopping, restaurants and a great location adjacent to the Collio Goriziano wine region, with numerous producers of excellent wines. Mountains, forests, beach resorts and the Adriatic Sea are all within a short drive. Slovenia is right next door.

Gianfranco and Annamaria are wonderful hosts: friendly, welcoming and helpful. We arrived after a long drive and they welcomed us with some appreciated refreshments. The suite was large, comfortable, well-furnished and quiet. It has all the necessary amenities one needs. The location is just a few minutes' drive from Gorizia in the countryside, so the air is fresh and clean. Highly recommended to anyone visiting this little jewel of a city.

At night it’s a very quiet place and by the daylight it stands close to the city center and many other Gorizia’s attractions. The hosts were really nice, helpful and welcoming with us. Also, the breakfast was very complete and tasty. We truly recommend this place to stay at Gorizia.

The room is large and comfortable, the bathroom huge and clean. The windows open on a tiny, pedestrian street of the city centre, it really had a great atmosphere.
