És una illa agradable per anar-hi uns dies a desconectar i descansar després d'haver visitat Nàpols. S'hi arriba fàcilment en ferry i et pots desplaçar per tota l'illa fàcilment amb autobus si no es vol llogar un vehicle. El més conegut són les platges, però recomano passejar pels pobles com Forio, Casamicciola, Ischia Porto, visitar el Castelo Aragonese i si es té ganes d'un dia més actiu pujar a peu al Monte Epomeo des de Fontana, des d'on hi ha unes vistes espectaculars de tota l'illa!albaEspanya
