The hotel is very new and super modern and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There was no kettle but the staff was happy to warm up some water for me to make coffee. For breakfast you sit down and the server comes to collect your order for eggs and stuff. When you're done, there is plenty of dolce and cakes to choose from, their croissant was just oozing the filling. They must have used like half a jar. Really really good.

Fantastic place with exceptional service! We planned to arrive around 7pm and enjoy dinner on our first night in Italy. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am. I had let them know and they assured me it was no problem and they sent easy to follow directions knowing it would be late and we would be tired. We were greeted warmly despite the late hour. The best morning we had the best breakfast of the trip in their lovely garden. The only regret is that we didn't have more time to enjoy the beautiful grounds, rooms location, and especially the wonderful staff.
