Staff were very helpful when asked questions. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left early did use the airport shuttle on the way out…on the way in we were late for the shuttle and securing a taxi was a problem due to regional taxi areas.
Was nice to walk the promenade and look at the ocean

The view is amazing. Very close to some nice restaurants.

Ostia is ok.
Ostia is ok. The beaches are mostly private and you have to pay , they stop you to go in. There are couple areas pubic. It’s close to Fiumicino so it’s convenient to take a taxi…25euro. There is an area with cheap used books by the public beach, so that was my favorite place.

If you come from the downtown area to catch a flight the next day, you need to know it is really very far away. We first took a bus and sat on it for a long time. The bus didn't stop at the hotel, so we walked almost one hour with our suitcases. If you take a taxi from downtown it would cost you a fortune! This hotel is too far away from downtown.

The reviews I read before booking this were a lie.
The reviews I read before booking this were a lie. This property in no way was a 10. The towels were thin and needed to be replaced. No paper towels of dish towels. We ran out of toilet paper only one roll was provided. The sheets need to be replaced very faded, old and thin. The chairs around the table sunk in, not comfortable at all. Our car got broken into 15 mins after arrival. Met owner out front for keys went back to the car. The window had been smashed on car and everything was stolen! Our suitcases and passports. We lost everything but the clothes on our back!!!! Not a safe area!

The bungalow was confortable,,the camping has an aquapark the kids loved. it has also a good restaurant. It is not far from Rome .We rented a car
recomanded for visiting Rome : park the car at the Laurentia Metro station and take the subway
I can’t fault this hotel in any way. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had all the required necessities. Bathroom was cleaned spotless every day. The bed was super comfy. A beautiful beach across the road. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance from the hotel. There was a lovely fresh selection available every morning for breakfast. And the staff were so kind and so helpful. We couldn’t thank them enough for all they did for us.
We spent 8 Nights at Lido di Ostia. Every 2 days we went to Rome to visit the most important sites with a 24 hours travel pass. We were amazed by Ostia Antica which was 2 train stations from our location. My friends went every 2 days to the beach in front of the hotel which is partially free of charge and enjoyed it. The weather was sunny and warm, the water was a bit cold. It is a perfect match for travellers who wants to combine bathing with Italian culture.
Great location near the Pontile di Ostia, surrounded by restaurants. We wanted a break from the pace of Rome the day before our flight out of Fiumicino and this guest house gave us what we needed— a clean room with AC (still a scorching 85 degrees in September!) in a beachy neighborhood. It’s a bit of a maze getting in, but once you get there, the steps are easy to retrace. Plus the balcony off the common area has an incredible view!
Good location on the waterfront, though a bit far from everything (€35 for transfer from Fiumicino) but good for a relaxing break. Nice view of the sea from my room. Room was spacious and seemed recently renovated. Bath tub. Tourist port across the road with eating options. Stop for local bus nearby to get bus to the Lido Station for trains to Ostia Antica and Rome.
Maresole apartment is a very cozy , comfortable and quaint apartment
It was very clean
The location is excellent ,the beach is just a 4 minute walk
Our host Niccolo was extremely helpful
Right from helping us with taxi bookings to hotel recommendations....he was prompt and precise with his replies
I would call Maresole apartment a complete package
Spacious, modern and nicely designed apartment. Suitable for families. Very well equipped, including handy details, such as umbrellas or mosquito repellents. In a walking distance from the beach and 5 minutes from Ostia center. Svetlana gave us very good tips and recommendations reg places to visit. We highly recommend seeing Ostia Antica.
A lot of nice restaurants and small markets in vicinity of location, bank, and beach. You can use electrical scooters and bikes to explore surroundings. Great facilities in apartment, clean and air conditioning in all rooms. Best place if you wish to explore Ostia area. Light walking to central bus/train station Lido Center is 10 minutes.
Great little spot on the coast close to the Rome airport. Cozy bed, great working AC, quiet place. We loved walking around and grabbing our last gelatos before we left Italy.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to the airport! Easy to book an uber, even early in the morning.
Very spacious and well equipped apartment with laundry machine, air conditioner etc. We chose the location for a convenient transit to the airport. As well as commute to Rome in 30 mins via metro from the Lido centro station. Google maps doesn’t show the metro. The beaches in the area are average.
The location was perfect, an easy walking distance to the public beach and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and updated. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, ate breakfast, and had drinks in the lounge. I would highly recommend Fly Decó
The location was perfect for us. Not far from the free beach or MetroMare. It was easy to access with a small child in tow. The grocery store was also nearby. Getting to the main shopping street and the city centre of Ostia were also within an EASY walking distance.
Beach front, private terrace with great view. Staff was very helpful. We have used this spot as last night before departure several times. Just few miles from Fiumicino. Good restaurants, osteo Antica very close and worth a visit.
Great location. Close to the beach (across the road) and many restaurants.
Very friendly desk and cleaning staff- very helpful.
Great view and decent size balcony on the sea side of the hotel.
Comfy beds.
The hotel was in a good location close to the beach and close to a train station. Cost was value for what we got. Breakfast was adequate for me but my partner was left with a choice of cheese.
This is a unique spot on the coast near Rome. The staff at this hotel was very kind and accommodating -- and as we well know, it's the personnel that makes or breaks the property experience!
This hotel is very well situated for easy access to main beach, pier and core restaurants. The staff are very helpful and all speak very good English. The rooms are very modern and clean.
