It was a reasonably priced place, with the ability to visit Florence, Siena and San Gimignano easily.
While the garage was a little difficult to use, since cars had to be in by evening, there was free parking very close by. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

It is a castle and that is cool, there were beautiful scenery. The room was large and could not hear other guests.
Tenuta Il Burchio is a 16th-century Tuscan hamlet set a short drive from Florence. You will find an outdoor pool and riding stables in these beautiful 3-hectare grounds.
We spent an unforgettable weekend in this villa. The location is perfect, with a spectacular view. The villa is newly renovated and artistic in every corner. The host is an amazing, very kind and friendly person, trying to be helpful in everything you need. They have two super-lovely dogs who are very friendly and not scary at all (although very big). These dogs made our stay even more pleasurable.
The road to the villa is also very beautiful. We were 6 friends (3 couples), and everyone could have a comfortable bed and tight sleep. We highly recommend both locals and tourists visit this place. We are very thankful to this beautiful family and plan to return when possible.
