Everything was perfect. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be near the central station. The stuff was very helpful and responsive. We had a little problem with our room and they fixed it right away and even offered us some beverages and upgraded our room. We definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again if back in Milan

It’s a nice hotel. The lounge is a bit dark so the first impression was that the hotel is a bit gloomy, but the room was nice and bright. It was clean, the facilities were working fine, we had no problems during our short stay.
The location is great, next to the railway station.
In general, the experience was good, the hotel is pretty average, I wouldn’t call it “exceptional” but it’s good for 1-2 nights.
