The hotel receptionist stayed late to check us in, after we phoned them as we were delayed. It was an hour after the reception was due to close. We were very grateful !

Very cute town that offers every comfort to make your holiday at the sea a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There is plenty of choice for food and activities to do, from laying on the beach to practicing several sports (I strongly recommend diving there, the sea is full of life).
We stayed here out of season, December, so I would imagine it is very different in the summer. The location is great, it backs onto the shopping streets and then a block or two more to the beach. The rooms are nice and the breakfast and dining area is great.
When we were there only one lady was working all parts of the hotel and she did a great job. The place had a nice and chill l off-season vibe.
Price was good and it was what we needed.
Our room was pleasantly quite big, on the 6th floor with a large balcony and a beautiful view of Loano and the sea. Bathroom was big too with a very spacious shower and a bidet. Room looked refurbished. Best of all, there was a garage to park our motorcycle against a fee of €10/night. Also it seems we got an upgrade on the room we booked (no one said anything to us though). Location was alright for us as we were only passing through for a night.
- Pool area was well maintained and water was also very clean
- Every apartment is assigned a pool umbrella and two chairs (no cumbersome search in the morning)
- Animation staff was super nice, our daughter enjoyed the aqua gymnastics and otto kids dance at night
- Free bus to Loano village and beach was a big plus - so convenient and reliable!
- Clean apartment and towel change options after 3 days (in self-service apartment)
Kitchen facilities: One of the positive aspects of the hotel was the availability of a kitchen where guests could prepare their own meals. It was convenient to have this option, although I noticed that the temperature in the room increased after cooking.
Scenic garden area: The hotel boasts a beautiful and charming garden area. It was a delight to stroll through the garden, enjoying the lovely views and serene ambiance.
Very helpful personnel, especially at the reception, great scrambled eggs and bacon at breakfest, room very clean. We had a junior suite (2 adults, 1 teenager) which was very comfortable with the exception of a small bathroom (but this is standard in this area and kind of hotel). Parking behind the hotel available for 9 EUR a day. We recommend to book an umbrella and beds direct at the beach (cheaper than hotel rate).
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Entertainment staff were fantastic with all activities and kept the children well entertained. Hotel always delivers as we have been coming now for the last 5 years her.
It was perfectly located, the owners are awesome, the parking was save and free and it was the most clean hotel we ever visited. Our 3 room was spacious with a view on the supermarket next door.
The hotel is nice it could do with a bit of renovation but it was clean! The pool area was very nice and the staff worked hard to keep it clean. The bar staff and waiter were really friendly!
The hotel receptionist stayed late to check us in, after we phoned them as we were delayed. It was an hour after the reception was due to close. We were very grateful !
