It is located on a mountain close to Madonna del Sasso, so perfect if you want your tranquility and retreat from busy cities. Wifi was stable and good. Parking lot is available. The owner is friendly, quickly answers and tries to help out. There is a hotel closeby, 2 minutes walk (Hotel Panoramica) where you can have good Cappuccino at 1.5 Euro. The hotel is peaceful with a great view too.

Generally speaking, I would have liked to see more of organic and local producers beiing valued and advertised (no green washing please). The price was a little on the high side too.
