Staff were exceptionally nice and made us feel special. We had the two bedroom suite and our view and terrace were beyond our expectations! We also loved the breakfast (tons of pastry options every morning) although we could have used some more savory options.

The hotel is family owned and run. It is so comfortable and the pool and breakfast is excellent. The staff go out of their way to make you feel like part of their family. Francesco and his family are amazing hosts.

Māori does not have much to offer apart from ferry and bus access to other areas. The hotel is not called the same anymore and is not easy to find despite asking locals. There is no signage at the moment. Eat away from the sea front as cheaper and better food.

Nice village for family vacations.
Nice village for family vacations. Convinient local transportation privided by local bus comany, but sometimes the buses are going out of the schedule. Nice gravel beach, but most of the palces ase not free, and cost could be significant. Not many places for intertainmets, no night life, but there are several several restaurants with decent food,

Public transport is not as simple as it seems.
Public transport is not as simple as it seems. However, you should definitely drive around the entire coast for the amazing views. Nice Erchie beach, clean blue water. It is not near the street and very cozy, secluded and calm. There are no sharp stones and rocks, only small round stones. Not deep, great fun for kids. Beautiful green mountains.

Great city to use as a base to visit Amalfi ,Positano and Ravello. Easy ferry or bus service to all.
Not to be confused with the cozy and quaint vertical towns of Amalfi/Positano. Maiori is bigger and busier with nice beach and less jammed with tourists.

Maiori exceeded our expectations.
Maiori exceeded our expectations. We love how calm and chill this town is in comparison with Positano and Amalfi, for instance. It was very easy to get the ferries and move ourselves from one city to another. Good restaurants options were a bit harder to find in this area, but we did have good meals there!
We loved loved loved the location, waterfront and everything was walking distance. The staff was very friendly, and the owners went the extra mile welcoming us past checkin time due to two unexpected delays on our trip. When we visit Maiori again, we will book this hotel again, undoubtedly. The room was very clean, bathroom included all you may need, and the balcony had a hanger, useful for bathing suit drying. Breakfast was very homy, and nothing beats the view of the beach with the morning breeze
Maison Antica was spacious and had everything you needed. It is an excellent base point from which to reach and tour the Amalfi Coast. The town, Maiori, is less crowded than the other cities/towns on the coast and felt very homey. It was a quiet oasis from the crowds and had a small town feel to it. The locals were friendly and welcoming. Our host, Luca, had excellent communication from the initial booking to check out. She was also very helpful with any questions we had and responded immediately.
Maiori is a great place to stay, if you are planning for your vacations near the Amalfi coast. Our stay at Casa Mariannina was perfect. Great location, with access to cafes, bars and great eat-outs. Five minutes away from the Maiori beach and easy access to all public transport (ferry rides and SITA SUD buses), if you would like to go to Amalfi, Atrani, Positano, Salerno. The host is a very nice and warm person. Overall, our experience was perfect and makes us wanna come back again to this place.
Brand new holiday flat as part of the old tower which is now a territory of the seasonal hotel. Very quiet and cosy place to stay in what I'd call the best base to explore Amalfi coast. The host was very considerate and efficient. The kitchen had all that was needed to prepare a good meal. The bed was comfy and the linen was new and nice. And the price was great. I wish that it was available for a longer stay. Would come back without a second thought.
Best location to stay in the Amalfi coast, in Maiori, just a scooter ride away from other cities in the coast. We really enjoyed staying at Baía Verde, the room was really pleasant and confortable, with a nice balcony. We enjoyed the Italian breakfast in the terrace with that breathtaking view. Left out car in the hotel parking which was very handy. The owners were very helpful and friendly.
In general we loved Our stay!
The location and outlook from the large balcony couldnt be faulted. Spacious inside and breakfast provided each morning in your room by the very friendly staff. You selected your breakfast choices the day before and plenty to choose from. Room spacious and comfortable and bathroom very clean and modern. Maiori one of the nicer resorts on the Amalfi coast we thought, with a welcome absence of boat loads of tourists.
The location was fantastic, the main beach is literally just down the road. There is also a little alley next to the property which cuts through to the Main Street which was super convenient and good for people who cannot walk super far. Wifi was good as well and the pizza restaurant just down from the property when walking towards the beach was amazing ! Best pizza we had in Italy
Everything at Montagnella was perfect! The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was exceptional.. with stunning views. The staff was so welcoming and kind, Enzo made sure we were happy always and was such a fun guy to be around! I would rather stay here than anywhere else in the Amalfi coast.. Book here and you will have the most memorable trip!
Francesco the owner is a sweetheart always ready to help and accomodate! He even booked me a ride to the airport at 3 am to catch my flight! The view from the balcony is gorgeous! Catching the sunset was one of my favorite things. Also the restaurant downstairs is amazing and the pizzas were the best we ever had (and we’ve traveled Italy a lot!)
The location was great and the place was very clean with daily cleaning! The room was a bit small for our liking but we managed to have a comfortable stay. Maiori is the best of the cities in the Amalfi Coast that we visited(Minori, Positano, Amalfi) and we also like the beach the most compared to the other cities/villages.
Opened in 2021 - everything is new. Really comfortable bed. Right the oposite to the building good restaurant is located. Host available in what's up to answer all our questions and was very helpful. Maioiri and this rooms are great place to start explore Amalfi coast. Excellent value for money.
Amazing setting! Nestled in a cliffside, this hotel is truly one of a kind. It is small, but the staff are so helpful and friendly. They provide shuttle services into Maiori and connections for parking in town and accessing the beach. The breakfast was lovely. Overall, a wonderful stay!
Everybody is super nice at the hotel, with a good breakfast and walking distance to everywhere. I would totally recommend staying in Maiori at the Amalfi coast and taking day trips to Positano, Capri, etc. Two beautiful hiking trails under the lemon trees to Revello.
The apartment was clean and in the perfect spot with nice beach across the road. The hosts where very polite and helpful. Maiori is a nice village in Amalfi coast to stay and from there you can visit all the other villages -Ravello, Positano, Salerno, Sorrento etc-.
We reserved a parking space that was ours for the whole trip. We received beach towels from the hotel for free. The room and everyhing else was very clean. The proximity to the beach and restaurants. Useful information in the reception about trips from Maiori.
The view is amazing!!! The staff were helpful and attentive. The food and food service were the best. It was our third week in Italy and definitely the best hotel we had on our trip by far. Highly recommend it. Room 702 was the best.
Our host Anna was pretty nice. She ensured that our stay went smoothly. She also was kind enough to share us tips regarding local travel and moving across Italy. One of the staff also offered us an umbrella on a rainy day.
We loved the proximity to the beach, the beautiful breakfast terrace and offerings, and the ability to be on the Amalfi Coast without being in the chaos of the major cities.
