The house is located on a hillside, and directly reachable from the main road. It has private parking possibility which is safe because the site is closed. The room and bathroom were big, new, modernly designed and clean. There exists a common big fridge for cooling soft drinks. The host is extremely kind and helpful. She herself bakes all the cakes for breakfast, and even offers scrambled eggs which is not usual in Italy.ZoltánHungary

Very nice and accommodating host. The house is near the host's house, and the host was always available, while allowed for total privacy. Manciano is a great little town with many cafe's and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and many shops. Lovely base to explore the area and enjoy the hot springs.

It's located in the very small town of Manciano and the closest shop is about a 12-minute walk away. A 40-min bus ride or perhaps a 30-min drive to the Saturnia Hot Springs. Wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a rental car.
