spotless clean. owners are beyond friendly, helpful, simply wonderful. simply the best. better than all the rest that we have experienced in Italy. we weren’t prepared and didn’t bring any food with us, however the owners prepared a feast for us which was amazing. they organized a transport for us to and from the train station. the stay wast the most comfortable and easy. we fell in love with the place and Natalia and Andrea and their family and we wish to come back.

Our family loved our stay. The junior suite was perfect for our family of four. We spent the day lounging at the pool and playing with the dogs and cats. The hosts were so nice and the breakfast was the best we had in Italy. Highly recommend!

Beautifully located on the Epenini slopes, half an hour from blogna, an hour and a half on a most scenery road to Vinci. Nice and vast room in a 12th century fully restored building. Just in front is a very nice and quite Osteria. Enjoy

The room was beautifully updated and lit with LED lighting. I hardly ever find hotel rooms cleaner than I expect, but in this case the room was spotless. The gentleman who checked us in saw how much luggage we had in tow and quickly moved our room to a lower floor. He was so kind and thoughtful. I would highly recommend this property!!

Incredibley friendly staff, clean spacious room, great resting point after our first stint of the Via Degli Dei. I’m vegetarian and my partner is vegan and the staff went out of their way to provide a great breakfast for us. We also had our dinner here on the night of our stay and the food was wonderful!
