A scrumptious breakfast buffet every morning. A lovely touch by the hotel was Santa that came on Christmas Eve and brought presents for the hotel guests - I will never forget that!

This is a lovely cosy hotel, the staff are fantastic, I'm not sure if it is family run, or the manager just picks great staff, everyone is friendly, helpful and just a joy to meet. Bar staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is wonderful if you want to ski, and is a short walk from the rest of pinzolo when you want to go for a stroll in the evening. Breakfast is simple but adaquate, with great coffee, again wonderful staff to give you your coffee.
