There are some nice walks around the town & area, the train service is very good which makes Montebelluna a good location to base yourself. A visit up to Belluno is very worthwhile with a very scenic train ride up there which takes 1.5 hours.
There are several good restaurants/bars in the town.
The breakfast was in a proper restaurant which was located within the building of the Hotel. Needless to say, we had excellent service, a table allocated just for us and the coffee was amazing. The location was in the centre of the old city accessible, lots of parking available, and plenty of shops. Very good security, and 2 windows for fresh air if needed. Bathroom was completely new with excellent pressure. The layout of the room was very well thought out for space and storage.
Very special location perfect for getting everywhere needed .Lawrence of the San Marco most helpful and kind of hotel personnel that I have met worldWide .
His knowledge of the area and attention to detail was above and beyond expectations everything was done with a sincere smile .Breakfast was excellent the cappuccinos best ever. The Aperol Spritz was delicious on the hotel balcony over looking the town of Montebelluna.
Location is perfect, not far from Treviso airport and just off the main road taking you to the Dolomites and some of the best Prosecco Vineyards in the Veneto region. Don't forget the Restaurant/Pizzeria next door to the Hotel, a real blessing when coming back from some long tours around the area. Park the car, get refreshed and off to some off the bets Pizzas in Montebelluna.
I loved the location of the house. There is nature all around and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the bird songs. House is very well equipped and has a lot of space. There is just a short drive to the town but we decided to enjoy the evenings at the house instead and just relax. To Treviso its about 25 minutes and we recommend for you to visit it.
Short 10 minute walk main street with shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was a great variety of fruit, croissants, pastries, yoghurts and juices.
