Our stay at Terra dei Falchi (Land of Hawks) was exceptional. Exceeded my expectations in terms of the peaceful surroundings, the hospitality, the service from Gianluca and Alessandro, and the amenities. Bonus: going truffle hunting with Alessandro and his dog Art, and learning to cook pasta from scratch with Alessandro in the kitchen. Magnificent. Very few mosquitos and the hosts were so accommodating to my dog. We really had the most wonderful three weeks at this villa.

Our stay at Lory was such a special part of our vacation. When we arrived the hosts, Lory and Mimmo, warmly greeted us, fed us and made us feel like family. The rooms were perfect. Lory has thought of everything. The kitchenette was ideal and stocked with wonderful goodies and everything you need. The property is beautiful. The Lory B&B doesn't compare to any other place we've stayed. Other places don't have a Lory and Mimmo.

Amazing food!! Also the staff was very patient as we sorted credit cards and paid them late. Also we ruined some sheets with wine and they said 'no problem' and wouldn't let us pay for them.

Not yet discovered by Tourists so you need to adapt to local customs. Eat where and when the locals do. Visit the local shops. The scenery will make your eyes hurt. Very steep roads at times so get a better car. Be flexible and enjoy yourself.
