perfect location for visiting the many interesting sites in the area. and there is plenty to see. the apartment was spacious, nicely equipped, comfortable, and quiet. the proprietors are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. if you are coming to the Valtiberina to explore for several days, this is a perfect spot. Be advised: there is no internet so you will need to use a personal hotspot to connect.

We had a lovely stay here with large rooms and bathroom (the photos really didn't give it justice), breakfast was amazing - personally waited on with tea/coffee/crossaints/cakes etc, and the pool was large and warm. There was also a great walk(bike trail) close by, along the river into Citta de Castilla where there are many restaurants and services. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I think staying at Agriturismo Le Burgne was one of my favorite parts of my journey on the camino. The food I enjoyed while there for two days was just about the best I had in my entire month in Italy. The house and gardens are beautiful, my room was large and comfortable, and I felt totally welcomed and taken care of as a guest.
