Staying at Villa Vitis was a dream . Nikola the host was very welcome since the begging masking us fell at home with a impeccable infrastructure, amazing view of the Valpolicella area, amazing nature around and the most cute cat ever named Punto ( dot) .
The room is completely renovated, modern, cozy and extremely clean!
The location is perfect for those who like peace and quiet and exploring the wine region. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking!

Negrar - small calm village, you will find a peace without noise from cars etc. It is very close to Garda Lake, Gardaland park, Verona and also to Venice(we rather used train from Verona to Venice)1.3hours

For us, it was excellent, as we travelled for work. But still, we enjoyed moments within mornings and evenings on the terrace, just admiring the surroundings and nature. If you need a quiet peaceful place to rest or have some quality time with friends/spouse, it fits wonderfully.

The local restaurants are very local and it was great to not be surrounded by chain businesses of any kind. This is hilly, small mountain Italy so be ready if you run or even just going for a walk. I wish I had time to visit the winery and restaurants!

As we were by car, we decided to go on the small roads between the vineyards, which was great experience because some farmers offered grapes to the kids, we also had the chance to visit a small wine producer, which was really great. I booked a room at a truly accessible price; it was beautiful, peaceful and provided with all comforts (including a tiny fridge with free water bottles). The area is served by market and restaurants, and linked to the main city (Verona) by a frequent bus service. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from the renowned Sacro Cuore hospital, a reference center for endometriosis disease.
