Everything! Nice, modern apartment in a small beach town. Our unit was on 3rd floor with large terrace! Easy communication with the host, she met us on arrival and offered to stay after check-out time next day (wasn't rented for the next day). Beach within few minutes walk. Very happy we rented it.

It's AMAZING the place, i totally recommend. I loved it's in a very good location and apartment has been renovated and it's 100% decorated.
I also must say I love the history, the real pescatore Mr. Giuseppe.
Don't worry women, they do have a hair dryer now ;)

Oliveri is a small town, but is a perfect location for a day trip to other parts of Sicily including aeolian Islands. The town offers restaurants, coffee bars, shops etc.. and everything is in a walking distance. You can walk the trail to Tindari and take beautiful pictures of the town. People are friendly and warm. Getting around is easy.

Scirocco’s house is an excellent B&B, thanks to the host “Daniela”. Beautiful new B&B. Central located and walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and coffe bars. The rooms have a special Sicilian touch, well decorated with ceramics and antique pieces (n.b. pay attention to the tags on each room, you will learn the local language). Oliveri is a small town surrounded by sea and mountains. It’s a great location if you want to take a day trip to other areas of Sicily (Siracusa, Taormina, Cefalù, Erice, Trapani, Agrigento, Eolian Islands, Etna etc....) or you can stay and enjoy the beautiful beach and Marinello salt’s lakes or take a walk to Tindari (Greek theater or Basilica) (15 minutes by car, 45 minutes walk). The view from the top of the mountains is a breath-taking. The sunrises, sunsets and the magical of the oranges-lemons-olive’s trees, vineyards and native-plants (ginestre, oleanders etc...) and the medieval castle are an inspiration to artists from all over the world. Daniela is the kindest and most generous host, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy during our time in Oliveri. The B&B is beautifully maintained, with excellent rooms and good WiFi, and great water pressure in the bathroom. The communal kitchen is stocked with fruits and cereals etc. and Daniela also organises a proper Sicilian breakfast each morning. We honestly have nothing but praise for this place and recommend it to everybody!

The staff was very kind, even advising us on a better room to accommodate our family. We don't speak much Italian but everyone tried to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well during the 35c heat, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was great. The breakfast staff made a very tasty omelette for us! The small town and sandy beach were very nice. We ended up staying 2 nights instead of one. I hope to return.

She even helped to carry our luggage as the flat is on 2. Floor without lift. The terrace is the highlight. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top flat. This is very great value for money.
